To order our gift boxes you need to submit an order form for each gift box as well as processing your payment through Pay Pal. We will advise you via email when your order has shipped. If you need a personal note included in your gift box, you may either call or email us with the details. Shipping costs for our gift boxes are: #1-4/$5.20, #5-9/$10.95 & #10-13/$14.95 – all via USPS priority mail. If you are interested in sending the gift boxes for corporate gifts & have your own UPS or FedEx account we can also package & send using your account number. There would, however, be a charge for the boxes. If you would like to change any gift box to suit your needs with a fudge flavor of the month or seasonal coffee, please call our store and we will arrange that for you.
